The Property Peddler team is excited to announce our collaboration with the Randolph County Highway Department and Randolph County Road Districts 2 & 3 for our online 2022 May Consignment and Municipal Auction. Until recently, most public municipal auctions in the area have been held by submitting silent bids in written form. We are excited as an Auction Company to take these items public through our online bidding website!

We will continue to accept individual consignments through April 22nd for the auction bidding scheduled to begin on April 28th. We are especially interested in farm equipment & implements, heavy equipment, firearms, lawn & garden equipment, and boats, motorcycles & vehicles. If you don’t know if we accept it – just ask us!
We enjoy working with our consignors and invite you to join in our consignment auctions and let us take care of displaying and advertising your items. This auction will be advertised not only by Property Peddler Inc. but will also gain extra attention through advertising with Randolph County. Whether you bring items to our auction yard, or sell from your farm or residence, we think you will find our team enthusiastic and easy to work with!
The county items will be viewable at 609 S Chester St in Sparta Mon-Fri from 6:30am to 4:00pm. Our individually consigned items are viewable at our location at 1811 N Market St in Sparta or are sold from home locations indicated on the location tab in our bidding program.
- Bidding will begin on April 28th @ 4:00pm
- Bidding will begin to close on May 10th at 10:00am.
We always extend an invitation for both bidders and consignors to come watch the closing of the auction with us in person at the 443 Executive Center in Sparta, the brown brick building that sits right beside Buchheits. We will have a full staff and welcome bidders who need our help placing bids. We will brew up some coffee, gather around the big screen, and soak up the excitement that always happens when watching an auction countdown!
