Brad is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and an Auctioneer licensed in IL & MO. Being both an auctioneer and a licensed real estate broker has the advantage of being able to offer clients multiple options to help sell and market their real estate and farm equipment. Brad is also a member of the Maris & Egyptian MLS, so he is able to help buyers find the property they are searching for even if he does not have the listing.

Since beginning his career in real estate in 2014, Brad has quickly moved up to be one of the top land agents in the Maris MLS - selling over 3800 acres since 2015. Brad is an excellent negotiator and also refers to the experience of his wife who has been in real estate since 2003.

Brad emphasizes he has been fortunate in his life to have learned about the 3 E's of knowledge - Education, Experience, and Exposure. Drawing from this knowledge he is able to help guide and educate his buyers and sellers. While Brad is not an attorney, accountant, appraiser, surveyor, or lender, he works closely with many people in each of these fields enabling him to build a great referral network. One word: Outstanding! From our first appointment, Brad was extremely knowledgeable and offered a lot of great advice. He saw the unique potential in my property and after walking through everything, he and Brenda, (wife and realtor), came up with a price. I immediately signed with them. I had purchased a house out of state and was eager to move. Unfortunately Covid restrictions didn't allow me to take items to Goodwill. Brad and his team took care of everything. My mower had also stopped working one week prior to my actual move out of state. Brad fixed it so it could be used to keep the grass cut. He took care of cleaning up my property, getting rid of the items I didn't move and did a beautiful job of marketing my house and property. The rate charged for cleaning everything up (clearing brush, getting rid of items, cutting grass) was very reasonable and worth every penny! I was able to leave the state, leaving everything in Brad and Brenda's capable hands! Brad even took some of my items to auction and I got some money out of it. By the way...my house sold in 4 days.
