Brad is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and an Auctioneer licensed in IL & MO. Being both an auctioneer and a licensed real estate broker has the advantage of being able to offer clients multiple options to help sell and market their real estate and farm equipment. Brad is also a member of the Maris & Egyptian MLS, so he is able to help buyers find the property they are searching for even if he does not have the listing.
Since beginning his career in real estate in 2014, Brad has quickly moved up to be one of the top land agents in the Maris MLS - selling over 3800 acres since 2015. Brad is an excellent negotiator and also refers to the experience of his wife who has been in real estate since 2003.
Brad emphasizes he has been fortunate in his life to have learned about the 3 E's of knowledge - Education, Experience, and Exposure.
