Brenda is an experienced, licensed Illinois Real Estate and Managing Broker that has based her career in rural real estate since receiving her license in 2003. She is a member of the Realtor Association, MARIS MLS, and Egyptian MLS. For the past ten years, she and her partners developed a company which markets agricultural real estate in Southern IL. Before that, she worked with Century 21 and Farmers National Company. In 2018 Brenda and her husband, Brad Chandler, used their experiences to launch the Property Peddler website and created the Property Peddler Auction & Real Estate Group. Together they plan to continue to serve clients as they have, and also help other agents and auctioneers to better serve their clients.
Growing up in a small, rural town herself, Brenda understands the ‘pull’ towards the country. She feels fortunate to be able to raise her family with acreage and livestock while working alongside her husband. Brenda also serves with the FFA Alumni and the Delta Theta Tau Omicron PSI chapter doing community outreach.
Brenda understands that real estate is a changing and ever-evolving market, so staying on top of those changes is vital for meeting her clients’ needs. In her years of real estate, she has learned how to handle the many situations that do arise in a transaction. Brenda has the knowledge real estate broker and is willing to help make your selling experience enjoyable.
