                One word: Outstanding! From our first appointment, Brad was extremely knowledgeable and offered a lot of great advice. He saw the unique potential in my property and after walking through everything, he and Brenda, (wife and realtor), came up with a price. I immediately signed with them. I had purchased a house out of state and was eager to move. Unfortunately Covid restrictions didn't allow me to take items to Goodwill. Brad and his team took care of everything. My mower had also stopped working one week prior to my actual move out of state. Brad fixed it so it could be used to keep the grass cut. He took care of cleaning up my property, getting rid of the items I didn't move and did a beautiful job of marketing my house and property. The rate charged for cleaning everything up (clearing brush, getting rid of items, cutting grass) was very reasonable and worth every penny! I was able to leave the state, leaving everything in Brad and Brenda's capable hands! Brad even took some of my items to auction and I got some money out of it. By the way...my house sold in 4 days. Exceptional service, integrity and honesty! This is how selling a house should be!!!! Thank you Brad and Brenda!
