On October 29, 2024, we auctioned a 174± acre Century Farm in Monroe County, IL. Having been in the same family for generations, the property faced unique challenges. With 16 individuals sharing ownership, the lack of estate planning made the decision to sell unavoidable.
To meet the needs of buyers, the land was divided into six tracts, which could be purchased individually or in combination. This flexible approach allowed buyers to acquire the acreage that best fit their needs.
