Property Peddler extends an invitation to our Consignors, Bidders and Real Estate Clients, as a thank you for the support and loyalty shown to us. We would like to provide you breakfast at our Client Appreciation Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, November 13th from 7:30am to 10:30am. The staff of Property Peddler including Brad Chandler, Auctioneer and Broker, as well as, Brenda Chandler, Designated Managing Broker are excited to visit with everyone. Our online auctions have really been a success for us and for our clients. Many have commented on how they enjoy the option to bid on great items from the comfort of their homes. We too love to see so many bidders online and in person for both the Consignment Auctions and the Real Estate Auctions. Our clients for the Online Consignment Auctions and Real Estate listings come from far and wide, from Illinois counties such as: Randolph, St. Clair, Jackson, Washington, Monroe and many more. We have chosen the Sparta IL location for our breakfast Saturday, at 433 Executive Center, 1811 N. Market Street. Aside from our Sparta and Hecker locations, we are enthusiastically working on a third office location in Red Bud, IL. Stay tuned for the exciting updates on this! Just as a reminder, we are currently accepting consignments for the final online consignment auction of the year. We will receive a variety of items, including but not limited to: farm implements, tractors, trailers, boats, autos, ATVs, and firearms.
